Why not?

A jean jacket makes me feel cool and a little more casual than usual.

I remember having a jean jacket when I was a kid. It had cactus appliqués all over it and matched a pair of jeans. I was pretty stylish.

I had a matching jean vest and jean shorts. Half of each leg on the shorts were a floral denim, which matched the floral denim accents on the vest. I was stylin'. It was a handy-me-down from my sister who received it as a hand-me-down. I wore in in 1996, but I'm pretty sure it was definitely not cool when I wore it, but it made me think I was stylish (I wore it with a baggy Club Monaco white t-shirt)
