The Breakfast Experiment: Day 3

Today I made a poached egg (quickly becoming a staple), wilted spinach with coconut oil and nutmeg and avocado and Sriracha.

I have to say, even though I'm eating more in the mornings I'm STARVING again by 10:30.

And also, man I love spinach.

Day 4 was exactly the same as thing because it was so damn good!
