Searching West and East

Today was my last day at work since my contract was unexpectedly not renewed. It was sort of a sad day because I work with the most amazing people and the clients are pretty cool too.

In the last 3 years I've accumulated a lot of stuff and had 3 huge bags to carry home. I have no idea where I will put this stuff in my tiny apartment.
I'm still hoping that something will come up at the same agency. And I guess I'm going to have to start looking for another part time job. For the last 6 months I've only had one job for the first time ever. Even when I was doing my honours thesis at university I had 5 part time jobs and it seemed to work ok. But now I'm used to my evenings to myself and my Saturdays off. I'm going to have to rethink my life!
But for now I'll just focus on pretty dresses and the fact that I can start to think about wearing heels while walking outside as almost all the ice is gone. Almost.

necklace: tiny shop in tiny village in England
blazer: Ricki's with fun buttons added by me
dress & tights: H&M
shoes: Next

Today I am thankful for sunny days that make even hard days better... and for these shoes which make me feel like a 1950s housewife. In a good way.
