Like a girl's first blush

Holidays are great. There is finally time to do the dishes and hang up clean clothes!

Also I taught myself to knit from a book into the wee hours of the morning. So far I'm making a wobbly rectangle. It's pretty successful so far...
This is my first foray into the dreaded Skinny Jean. I know it's been a trend for quite some time but I was nervous, I've only gone as far as a straight cut. I wasn't sure that they were made for someone built like me but with the boxing day sales still going on I figured now is as good of a time as any to give it a go. I tried to ask the Gentleman Caller's opinion in the dressing rooms but he wasn't helpful. I finally had to resort to chatting up another customer who was waiting for her daughter. I like women who will give an honest opinion!

Really? This is your first attempt at skinny jeans? Because they look fabulous! They seem to fit well and look great!
Glad you jumped on the skinny jean bandwagon! You look really great in them. I think that they can be really slimming when styled right, and you hit the nail on the head here. Those shoes are ADORABLE!
