Happy New Year!

2010 was pretty good. I'm hoping that 2011 brings more loveliness and adventures to everyone.

In the past New Year's Eve has always been a let down. I always have huge expectations and then when it's just a regular good night I'm stupidly disappointed. Lame. This year we really didn't have any plans and I think that's what made it so amazing! We went for dinner with my family, popped by a party for about an hour and then went back to my parents to hang out with my sister and her friends to play Just Dance on Wii. It was really nice only spending time with people that you like and not having to fight the crowds in the cold...
mini top hat: La Vie En Rose
necklace: Accessorize
disco dress & blazer: Ricki's
leggings: Joe Fresh
shoes: Fly London

Happiest of 2011 to you!!

Sounds like a great way to ring in the new year! And let me just say, this outfit is frickin' amazing!! I can't decide what I like more, the sequins, the hat, the shoes or the buttons on your jacket. Either way, it rocks!

That is such an awesome outfit - you have an amazing eye, I don't think I would have thought of putting those things together, but it looks incredible! And that sounds like an excellent night. I've always had more fun on the low-key New Year's Eves :)
